An easy "throw stuff together and wait till it's done" recipe. If I remember correctly, this is a recipe I adapted from one I found online back then when there were approximately three vegan recipe blogs on the internet. :D

Variations and tipps:

If you like bananas, replace half of the apples with them.

Add some gingerbread spice ("Lebkuchen-" or "Spekulatiusgewürz")

My favorite dried fruit to use for this are figs and cranberries (or "Kletzen" back in good old Austria, but I haven't seen them here in Germany), but you can literally use any.

Throw in some of your favorite nuts for extra crunch!
