Summary:

The teacher's words wrap around him, lengthening muscles and slicking skin with sweat. Or is that merely the elaborate heating system? As the minutes tick on, he decides he’ll follow whatever that voice says. Down dog, right leg up, internal rotation, top of your mat, crown towards the front wall. It might have more to do with the sweetly painful stretch he feels from the nape of his neck, down his back, and into his hamstrings in down dog. It might. He’s not the only one groaning midway through class, though he’s not groaning entirely with exertion. *** Or, Remus tries out hot yoga, and it's a bit hotter than he expected.

last bit of February and first few days of March

running after work and squeezing a walk in before sunset with Toad. or walking with Toad until the sun set and running into dusk.

moments of yoga. spending time on a favorite trail and exploring ones I haven’t been to before. Which led to a shoe sucking, muddy horse trail but it was nice to be close to a lake on a misty morning. Hopefully next time I visit it is warm enough to bring the paddle board.
