I remember Eve!!

I think you were probably my only reader for that first story for a long time hahaha. The cool thing about this sim is she’s Marcel’s granddaughter too, so Vinna’s great-granddaughter. ^.^ I get pretty sentimental about Eve’s baby challenge.

Ive been eyeing Nilxis’ island that he created specifically for the challenge so I’m pretty excited to enjoy seeing new scenery in my game. I’m also a bit leery of the challenge, too, because I always get attached to my sims so aging has been turned off in my game and sims only get killed off on my prerogative xD

I’ve also been thinking of the Zombie Apocalypse challenge so there might be a simpocalypse scenario in my game before too long as well, murfeelee and simsoes  :P

LMAO Just reading the part where Sonia's parents discuss where they went wrong. Must have been spending all that quality time at football games, yep. Not shipping her off to a (presumably all girl) boarding school! Glad they are so confident in that decision AT LEAST. haha

I don’t want to give you any spoilers, but the next scene coming up between Sonia and her parents might just be Sonia’s ultimate act of retribution, heheheh!! But it is actually very depressing researching the views of people like Frank and Estelle; every time I have to write dialogue for them I feel afterwards like I need to have a very hot shower and scrub my skin very hard. They are revolting.

But on a positive note, it is lovely to see you around again, and thank you so much for all the love spam!! I am feeling quite spoiled today.

I have a kitchen box window that lets in snow too!

I noticed it with a combination of surprise and humor. It’s even funnier to watch sims sit there in the snow and not react. LOL! I tend to be a perfectionist so will probably rebuild it! As long as you have the right windows and the bay window seat, the window object isn’t really needed.

1. Is Tumblr the first sims community you’ve gotten involved in? If not, what is?

No, it was The Sims Forums and the Fire Monkey’s forums for Sims Freeplay. 

2. What is your favorite skill in the game?

Hmmm. In TS3 I would have to say painting and spell casting. In TS4 the painting skill is still good, I like the gardening in this game and the vampire skills.

3. If you write a story, do you let your sims influence their characters? If you’re not a story writer, do you play with Free Will?

I’m not a writer but I have an idea what I want my digital dollies (aka “Sims”) to do but for the most part I let them do what they want. I play with free will on, I prefer the element of surprise.

4. Do you like rabbithole lots?

That really depends on what I am doing. If I want to get a sim out of my hair so I can take care of something else then “yes”. If I am trying to do something with the sim going into the rabbithole and want to actually see them while they are doing the “thing” in the rabbithole lot-then no.

5. What’s your oldest piece of cc?

In TS3 the first cc I downloaded and still use is the fixed hair by @buckleysims . I was a bit cc shy...you wouldn’t know that now. For TS4 the oldest stuff I have but don’t use is gholiad’s stuff. It doesn’t work in my game anymore but for what ever reason I have it stashed away on an external hard drive because I liked it.

6. What is your favorite simlish phrase? 

“Pixa dooba!!” or the one that sounds like “Dee-bow” which is a kind of greeting or acknowledgment.

7. What is an interaction or feature of the game you absolutely despise and modded out so quick you forget it exists?(example: shaka-bra)

TS3 “Berate ignorance”. OMG...how many friends and family my sims managed to insult with that one before I put the mod in. TS4 the constant state of smiling and “happy”. I modded that crap out. You will be miserable like everyone else and like it!!!

8. Have you bought an EP or SP just to get one thing?

No, there is usually more than one thing that I like in an EP or SP.

9. Many players create a simself, but have you created any family or friends? Did you play them?

Yes I have created a couple old friends but I don’t like playing them. I let them loose in the world to live out their sim lives happily. No simself.

10. Are you going to play sims today?

I do plan on it, I just need to do a couple things around the house....but I’m a grown up and can blow off my chores if I want ;-D. Of course I will have to deal with them later but that’s how it goes.

What are you doin in the hospital?

I went to the ER Tuesday night cause I haven’t been feeling well since Monday, lightheaded, dizzy, nauseated with a headache. They figure it was just vertigo and I recently been on a plane too but they did a CT scan and thought I may had a small stroke. Plus the left I had some slight numbness on the left side of my face. They admitted me into the hospital for the night, I had a MRI done, turns out I didn’t have a stroke, it’s just vertigo. I’m home now.
