Pixel art for today based on videogame Final Fantasy II for game console Super Nintendo. Castles and magicians. Luna and magic. This world of adventures are waiting for you. You only need a super powerful 16 bit game cartridge. And you are already there. And you are receiving a new level.
And this is my drawing based on Final Fantasy II (SNES). Luna. Two of Luna. Big and small. Sky it is still light. But it is already evening. So this is mountain top. And from here you can see clear magical castle. Part of it already in a shadows.
So you need to go through mountains. Along them. To get to the other side. It will be a long road. But there is passage through mountains, it will lead you straight to the castle. You need to go through the dungeon. It is rather long. And there are lots of passages there. After underwater rivers. Ice. Water. These things are there inside the mountains.
And right now you can have a camp here before the castle. Tomorrow dungeon awaits you! Luna is young. And new cycle only begins!

Here I found another very small game. I got it on sale on Steam. It's about caves. And it's a roguelike. Only this time it's from a side view. Like on an 8-bit Dendy console. And it also has pixel graphics. But this is on PC. It's on Steam.
And the graphics are pixelated, retro. And quite nice and decent. Everything seems to be so bright here. Lots of sprites. Everything moves cool. A lot happens on the screen. A roguelike with dynamics.
It's a side view. And the gameplay is very unique. We are some kind of hero. Who came to the cave. Because there are a lot of treasures here. But many other adventurers haven't made it to this cave. That's the introduction.
The pixel graphics are nice. The side view. It even plays like an arcade. It's action-packed. Everything is dynamic here. You can't miss it. It's real-time. Let's go into the cave. The first level of the cave. In front of the temple. The game has this mysterious cave atmosphere. It's there. The second level of the cave, before the temple. What kind of temple is that?
And then the temple. We enter. Everything looks different, it's not a cave anymore. And then the stone doors fall down and close. A large location. It's an arena. And the boss. He's different, by the way. I encountered a jellyfish for the first time. I almost lost my mind. A huge jellyfish. And I'm running all over the map. I don't know what to do.
Obviously, I didn't end up here right away. And when you play. You start playing. You have to get the hang of it. There's so much going on at first. It's like an action game. The first surprise is... You have to swing your sword actively! And there's a bow. You can shoot, too. But I only started using it during the boss fight. Maybe that's my fault. Then, all sorts of bonuses and upgrades hang around the cave in the form of magic symbols. You can collect them there. They improve things for you. Attack speed, extra damage. This is useful!
Then there are a bunch of chests, some jugs, and pots all over the cave. Break them all with your sword. There are jewels in there. They're like money. And a bunch of useful items. A new sword, a ring. Everything is found as you wander through the dungeon. The first two levels of the dungeon look like a cave. Brown earth. Dark. And it's a game like Terraria, in appearance. Meaning, the landscape here is quite destructible.
And you can run like a ninja along the walls. Making a jump like this. So, to really get your fill of items and jewels, it's worth exploring the dungeon floor as best you can. There are many levels here. There are higher and lower layers. Layers of earth. You have to jump like an arcade game. And think about how to get higher. There's a chest there. The chest contains a ton of useful stuff! Something special or a lot of jewels.
Two such dungeon levels in a cave. With brown earth. Then comes a temple. In which, essentially, there's a boss. And here's the thing. When you die, you lose everything. You lose your things and valuables. And you're redirected to the entrance of a cave. It's like a hub. There are some pixelated characters there. Sometimes they say something. A blacksmith comes, he's forging something. Some action is happening there too.
And from there, there's a door to a dungeon. Some kind of storyline. And next to it, there's a door to a daily adventure. Some kind of quest. For variety. And the creators themselves recommend playing with a joystick. With a gamepad. I play that way myself on my SpeedLink XEOX. It plays very well! For a change, swap out the mouse and keyboard for a gamepad or joystick. It's fun! It feels good.
The controls are very good. It's a dynamic game, like an arcade game. There are lots of enemies in the caves. They walk. They fly. They jump. They do all sorts of things. They even break the world map. Breaking holes in the ground. Then there are strong green enemies. Then there are weak enemies. With some, you'll have to cross swords right in combat. And constantly press attack. Dodge. And some are just easy to grind, with a couple of sword strikes. Some you have to jump to reach, like bats.
There are all sorts of different creatures here. Lots of different bosses. They are different. And the labyrinths are small. And they are generated over and over again. You have to explore everything anew every time. You have to get used to it. You lose everything. And only experience remains. Every time the game is over, an experience bar appears. This also gives you something useful. I'm still getting the hang of it! And I have a positive impression of this roguelike. It's an action game. With pixel graphics. Tons of sprites. Everything is good here! Here's a cave with chests and treasures!
Playing little games. From time to time i like to play videogames. And write about it.

Pixel art based on the video game Final Fantasy 4 for the Super Nintendo. Excellent graphics. And a great adventure into a world of caves, dragons, castles. And huge worlds. With entire, vast stories. There were so many great games like this for this console. A whole golden age of role-playing games. For 16-bit systems.
And this is my drawing based on Final Fantasy 4 (SNES). A magic spell, like a magic carpet, transports you to an ice cave. It's bright here. Because the ice glows and reflects a lot of light. It's magic ice. Absolutely. You land on your feet. And look around! Everything around is made of ice. A real ice cave!
Kaki said so, and then the gremlin confirmed his story. They weren't lying. There is an ice cave. There are columns here from something very ancient. Some of it is broken. These are bridges. They're too old. And crumbling. It's hard to tell if you should walk on them. There's darkness beneath your feet. There's a pit. A huge, black abyss. And only the icy floors separate you from falling. It's dark and cold there.
Everything glows with a magical light. But still, part of the space remains in darkness. A mysterious place. It's starting to get a little chilly, and you should start moving. And quickly find a way out of the labyrinth. It looks like there's a whole system of passages. A labyrinth. You didn't think about that. When you asked about this place, neither the dwarf nor the gremlin told you.
It's time to start moving. In any direction. Otherwise, the ice will freeze you. You didn't think about that either. But no problem. You can't take everything into account. There will always be something unusual. The labyrinth looks like it will make you sweat. And wander. In such an icy place, that's even good for you.
In the labyrinth. In the ice cave, magical power lurks. You feel it. And you don't know why. But like an icy breath. You make out the words in your mind. Move. The ice is transparent in some places below. But mostly it's blue. And it glitters. This is all done with magic. It's only now that it's become clear to you.

Pixel art for today based on videogame Death Knights of Krynn for computer system Amiga. Looks like, and for this system it was also role playing fantasy saga. Fantasy adventures are everywhere. With dungeons and dragons. Necromancers. And sorceress.
And this is my drawing based on Death Knights of Krynn (Amiga). Fantasy character. Also this portrait is good to go for more simple version of Heroes of Might and Magic.
Lands of Luna. There are living there a different kind of sorcerers. This is rather deserted and dark landscape. All the time, almost, it is night here. And sometimes it can be a gray day with a fog. This is a residence of ghosts. And from world of those who live, they are not welcome. So keeper of a key asks you, what reason are you go here?
The thing is, you was beaten in dungeon. And lost all of your equipment. And you can crawl only here.
And, yes, dungeons, of Deathly Eye – Said with a telepathy dark knight.
His voice was like a screen of thousands wolves in your head. And still reminds a voice of a human.
You was very scared.
Now, you need to go through river of ghosts. And take attest of look of a ghost. Bring me artifact, eye of a sorcerer. Only with this case, I let you pass to nearest tavern. Where you can to recover -said keeper.
Also I can remember a location from Might and Magic 6 or 7. I played this game a few years ago. I reach that place.

Pixel art for today based on role playing game Champions of Krynn for computer system MS DOS. Golden age of role playing games. Huge amount of dungeons. And explorers with mouse and keyboard start to explore and train characters. Certain these games, I have never played. But it is interesting!
And this is my drawing based on Champions of Krynn (MS DOS). Moon. City of heroes. And moon dust. You are standing before entrance to dungeon. It is find out, that there are lots of them at the Moon. Mysterious moon has huge labyrinths, that are underground. You see stars above. And you see them for last time. Because of you are going for a long time to the dungeons. You fly with silver rocket.
And you prepared your spells. Prepared best items, which you can find at the Earth. Bow is full with magic arrow. You think for some reason, that ice here should to be very good with use. Stuffs are charged with magic spells. In case of if magic will get over. You have bought most powerful spells for mage. And cleric.
Beast is armed and ready. And your hero is also equipped with good armor. And good sword with magic spell. Ahead – dungeons of the moon! It is so inspire! All walls are shining with magic. And it is written something. But you cannot read moon language. And moon dust under your feet. This is so magical. Space rocket with silver color fly away. Noise of engines. And that’s all. Pixel art for today based on videogame Champions of Krynn for computer system MS DOS. Role playing game about dungeons. About fantasy kingdoms. And lots of different skeletons, necromancers, elves, fairy. About castles and cities. Forests and plains.
And this is my drawing based on Champions of Krynn (MS DOS). Dungeon was silence. Dark shadow dances by the corners. And bright sunlight from sun sometimes enter though crashed ceiling. It is first floor of labyrinth. And as idea here it is mysterious and calm.
From a side something crashed, fall to the floor. Something like pack of brick wall fall down, crashed. And after a minute. Before the eyes of the searchers for adventures it was a skeleton. With armor. And with big sword. He open his mouth. And he is already get read for attack. But first, he speaks. His voice was like a wind.
So this is a fantasy scene. About dungeons.
