Why I personally don't want sun to be the one to turn evil in this arc
first off this is extremely personal. Sun is making me being seen in a way I never thought was possible. Having a very complex relationship with a loved one that is supposed to love and protect you but constantly treats you like a kid and manipulates you and says when they are called out they will get better only to not. I'm sorry I think what they are doing with sun in this arc is bringing me a sense of comfort I never got especially with what I am certainly dealing with. Like if he lashes out at a family or is manipulated by dark sun I am fine with that but being a full villain like Afton or nexus.......I will be very upset especially if it in this arc. Look I'm sorry but I would happily take solar being evil and even ruin then sun being evil. One of the main reasons I just adore sun as a character is how mentally strong he is. Yes he has scars and trauma for he has been through but he doesn't let it define him and dispute having every reason too he doesn't use it harm anyone. He may lash out or act petty cause of it but never goes out of his way to purposely harm others unless it's someone like moon who has harmed him in the past and like it or not is the main reasons for him.acting like this. Like I'm sorry I just would be very uncomfortable and generally upset if sun becomes evil. Plus it would like @nadinescholtes said would involve dazzle getting hurt with is something he doesn't want even if it's not physically she can still be hurt mentally and emotionally by the betrayal of him turning evil. Sun loves dazzle and would never want to hurt her in any way. And plus dazzle can sense when he is upset. Another thing they already have 2 evil sun one of with is main thing in this arc dark sun and killer sun already exists if they wanted a evil sun they could use any of those two.
