Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Paleo-friendly.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add eggs, almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and a batter forms. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm and enjoy!
