Shinichi's fantasy ☺️
Okay But What If Yasopp Isn’t on Paper (tl;dr)
(possible spoilers 🚨)
Hear me out. I had another eureka moment and I really needed to get this out.
What if Yasopp isn’t rarely mentioned because he’s underwritten, but because he genuinely doesn’t have a bounty and was never recorded by the Marines at all?
I’m being serious here 😳.
I know some of y’all might immediately think, “Okay, but then why would Shanks recruit him?” And honestly, we don’t have that answer yet. But when you actually look at what we’ve been shown, certain things start to feel very intentional.
For example, in Syrup Village, no one says Yasopp’s name. At all. I went back and checked the dialogue. He’s never name-dropped by villagers. The only person who ever says his name is Luffy, and that’s because Luffy didn’t know the Red Hair Pirates by reputation. He knew them through direct interaction and familiarity. That distinction matters.
So when Shanks approaches Yasopp all those years ago and calls him out by name, I don’t think Yasopp was just surprised because some random red-haired guy sailed up to him and struck up a conversation. I think Shanks noticed him in a way Yasopp did not want to be noticed. Somewhere in the East Blue, Yasopp likely showed his marksmanship from the shadows, never intending to be seen, and Shanks being Shanks clocked it immediately without Yasopp realizing. That’s probably why Shanks went out of his way to find him.
This is where my whole idea of Yasopp being Shanks’ best kept secret or hidden gem really comes into play.
With the exception of Charmy, the male Mobian characters don't wear clothes or have pockets. So where does Espio keep his kunai and shuriken? Does he carry them with his tail?
When they almost didn't graduate after their mess-up, and were thinking about repeating a year...
I love them so much. I mean, I know I'm screaming and saying this everywhere all the time, but I really wish I had friends like that, that stick to you through thick and thin until the end.
I really appreciate the fact that Kazuomi and Kei both value and respect Yuzu and his worth so much that they're willing to step back for him to go forward. And of course, Yuzu would never accept that
Episode 0: The Legendary Rebels Meet Part 3
Khonthup has released the episode 0 of Doctor's Mine and I watched it so you don't have to. This episode is an introduction to the series and it gives more in-deep what we can expect from the series. It's an interview where the director, producer and the six main actors answer few questions about the series.
Doctor's Mine is the series version of two combined books "Gown and Gear" and "Extern" by I'm Mynt, with four main characters who are interconnected. In their way of wanting to show the diversity of teenage love, the producer decided to add two more couples in the series.
Both the director and producer said that there are a lot of BL nowadays and they are aware of this fact. Their inspiration for this series was to show the atmosphere of BL from before and to return to the basic (that's why we're seeing engineers again). They are targeting an audience who is nostalgic of BLs happening in a university setting and that focus on friendship, love and family. The story takes place in Chiang Mai, in the North of Thailand.
Long Lee is playing Knight, an engineering student. When dealing with his problem, Knight chooses to keep everything for himself.
Arm is playing Mild, a medical student. He is quietly stubborn and quite naughty.
Mon is playing Per, an engineering student. Per is a romantic person: tough on the outside, but soft in the inside. He is also serious and sincere.
Park is playing a medical student called Kan. He is someone who keeps his feelings for himself and he is afraid of speaking them out. He thinks he is in control of his emotions.
Top is playing Tum a medical student. Top said his personality is close to the character he is playing, but he didn't give more info about it.
Krismon is playing Tonklah who is another medical student. This character is confident and loves his friends.
The main couple Knight and Mild will share a love that is deeply rooted and long lasting. They are supposed to represent the idealistic love everyone aspire to have.
The second couple Per and Kan are more spontaneous and "flashy" (?). It will happen suddenly and they will fall in love without knowing when it began.
Tum and Tonklah are representing the good old friends-to-lovers trope. They will show what's happening when there are hidden feelings for a friend.
Finally, they gave some info about the GL couple which I believe is an original creation only for the series. They didn't have their name and unfortunately MDL hasn't updated the page, so I will just add what they said in the video. They will embody the idea that "if you hurt, I hurt too" kind of bond.
They didn't have a lot of time to shoot the series and there were many people to work with. So, they worked a lot to do all the scenes they had to make in Chiang Mai. They said they only had 10 days so no one took any breaks. It was challenging, but everyone was well-prepared.
They also talked about their partnership, the most memorable scene or performance in the series and they finally ended this episode with their hope that everyone will enjoy the series.
IkeVil Main Route EPISODE 0
As requested, I'm gonna upload ( ONLY what I have ) the episode 0 of some suitors that I have, However, they'll be uploaded indefinitely depending on my spare time, so I recommend you follow/subscribe on my channel to be notified with my uploads 🤗. Ellis' has already been uploaded (I happened to be currently reading his route). Note: I only have Elbert, Alfons, Ellis and William. Not sure if I'm gonna have Roger --still thinking about it--- but I'll definitely have Jude, when his route releases. Others, I have to think about it, hihi 😁
