I think, crazy theory here, we should be educated on other minorities issues and the different forms of oppression even if “it doesn’t affect us.” because actually it does affect all of us and we should all become more intersectional NOW!!
“To every New Yorker - whether you voted for me, for one of my opponents, or felt too disappointed by politics to vote at all - thank you for the opportunity to prove myself worthy of your trust. I will wake each morning with a singular purpose: to make this city better for you than it was the day before.” - NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani
I absolutely hate when you ask someone what their politics are and they say they’re “not into politics” like how the hell can you say yr “not into politics” when it directly impacts you and the people you care about. I didn’t ask you if u like puppies or kittens. I asked you what you think about the white men who sit on metaphorical golden thrones, piss on the poor, jerk off to women’s tears, get drunk while children are dying from hunger, murder people because of their race, and control our lives. If that doesn’t sound like something you would risk your life to change or even just vote against then you are no better than those white men.
i miss the Love Revolution 2012-2017
lovely hippies running around, sharing jewelry, smoking pot and crack, eating shrooms, girls rapping, swedish reggae, adidas sweatshirts, hairdye on everyone, dreadlocks, Öland Roots festivals, shitting all over capitalism, everything was about equality and feeling free with security was all about the Love Revolution and things that i grew up with and that molded the person i am today
i strongly believe we should take this era back and make this the new 2016 everyone wants to bring back
Remembering Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and his vision for a fair and inclusive society. 🌍
Let’s continue to follow the path of equality and unity.✨
