Too many people pit Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire (AMC) against Interview with the Vampire (1994) when in reality you can have both. You can have your cake and eat it if you bake two cakes, and we did, we got a more ‘accurate’ adaptation AND we have a more explicit adaptation that is both very different and very much in spirit of the original novel. We got two cakes, why the hell are you binning one of them? Just eat the godamn cakes for fuck sake. lol.

James Cleveland "Jesse" Owens was an American track and field athlete who won four gold medals at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He was the first American to achieve this feat in a single Olympiad, specializing in the long jump and sprints.
