Sick

It's a espio centered au about his journey and struggles in a world completely owned by eggman with sonic gone, and the rest of the chaotix dead, except one other, saffron, who is incredibly sick, the freedom fighters planed to leave her somewhere random and not take her back

Eggman had other plans for the bee, he decided to take her in and use her to get espio on his side, considering espios skills in the au it isn't supprising eggman wanted him

Espios skill set:

Camoflauge

always accurate aim

Speed

Twirl dash

ninja stuff

He can go super in the au

Eggman used Saffron to get espio on his side so eggman started to build a little hospital to keep her in so they could find a cure for her illness

Eventually she made a friendship with the worker badniks and espio befriended metal sonic, espio would have been partly robotisised but not fully, he would have lost part of his horn in battle but eggman replaced it and gave him another horn

Espio and Metal would eventually turn unstoppable, and since eggmans helping saffron espio wants to stay there since 'he didn't know eggman had a heart' and feels like he owes eggman alot, eggman doesn't plan on making saffron work, maybe more of a prize, time with little sister or something

Eitherway- the freedom fighters can't stop espio and Metal anymore, and they get wiped out. Mostly..except Amy, she would have ended up in a different zone called the void somehow, and is trapped there with no escape

Espio now with everything he could ever ask for is supprisingly a better fighter than ever

Espio thinks he's fighting on the good side now

Ideas for an older Espio for @shadowfreak98's future AU. 

Also realized when digging through his wiki for color ref that I somehow almost 1 to 1 matched his trading card pose.

I absolutely couldn’t help giving him earrings like Flick from AC. I joked to Shadowfreak about it since I adore Flick, then I couldn’t not give him the earrings. Decided to just make ‘em one sided so it wouldn’t be a pain making them symmetrical all the time

Is it any sort of visible that I made his spines longer? The way I drew his body shape they look kinda the same ahshdff. If I do another age up -- cause we haven’t decided which age bracket this design will go to -- he’ll be getting more spikes cause Cool

And of course fingerless gloves. I think they’re cool and will put them on every character if nobody stops me. 

I intended him to have a kinda Adventure or Riders Knuckles body, with the puffed out chest but the angle made it like. Non-readable. So maybe I’ll make  a fullbody one day so you can actually see everything put together
