WooooosH April is officially over. I was planning on posting my stats tomorrow anticipating a walk after work tonight but the forecast has other plans. Pretty decent stats for April! Excited to see what May brings with my recent renewed effort and focus.
Erp joined us at the table for the first time last night and it was so fun :) While she’s not skilled yet at sitting on her own and she sure seemed confused about what she was doing upright, it was a great first step to having her join family meals. At her four month appointment two weeks ago the pediatrician said we could start introducing foods and I’m so not ready for that. Neither is erp as she currently has zero interest in or knowledge of what we’re doing. Looking forward to seeing how that will change as she joins us at the table more!
Photo of last night’s dinner along with the macros for yesterday’s foods. I’m noticing my protein intake is way higher than my other macros so I’m going to try and up my fat intake more to see if keeps me fuller so I won’t need to eat as much. With that, I put extra cream in my coffee and added in garlic cheese curds to my eggs this morning. Both stellar decisions.
Don’t worry, my hoodie is nearby as part of my daily quarantine outfit but I figured I’d capture this cardigan addition due to the board meeting I ran at noon. Thankfully, I didn’t have to turn my camera on but was ready just in case!
FINALLY, it’s almost Friday. This week lagged for me. Looking forward to tomorrow night as it’ll be the first time in over four months I will be (hopefully) sleeping through the night. I told myself I’d pump through the end of April so tomorrow I’ll start the process of cutting that down which includes stretching out the time between each session which means no more getting up in the middle of the night to pump! Need to make sure erp gets the message to sleep through the night, too.
