One day blends into another and here we are at the tail end of September.
I’ve been keeping up the same eating and exercising, though being a bit lax on both fronts. My weight has followed suit, staying roughly the same with small increases. We’ll see if I tighten up efforts for the last two days of the month to ensure a bigger drop to document, but I anticipate that won’t be the case.
With being strict keto since March, I’m getting a bit tired of dieting. The other day I was hungry/bored and felt like cheating. I made myself a sandwich on zero carb bread instead. It was luxurious and even though I felt guilty for eating when I didn’t need to, I gave myself grace because I could have gone for any number of worse choices. I stayed keto and probably even stayed within my calories.
It’s these tiny decisions that I expect are giving me this lackluster month of loss but I’m okay with it. I’m staying the course and it’ll eventually add up. It already has and will continue to do so.
