just managed to run for 20 minutes straight and I feel like a god
I kind of understand gym bros now
This was my morning workout today. I loved it, a bit of a challenge here and there, but awesome.
I can already feel my core strength building. In the end, there was the bear crawl move (iykyk), and I was able to do it, and my back didn't hurt! (I know time and time ago, I encountered this move the first time, and my core was sooo weak. I was aching the whole time and couldn't do it properly)
I also walked 20 minutes already while working today (I'm more busy this week bc we're in the hot phase of payroll). I'm soo looking forward to next week bc I'm off of work and will go on another spending spree (I know, I know, I'm budgeting, don't worry, I've got it all covered!).

One year and two week difference
WEEK 3: FAB THAN YESTERDAY
Ok this last month my weight has been the same. and I wasn't sure why.
Last year my weight was 73.5 (162 lbs). Last months before were so good.
I did my fitness (quats, steps, lunges; all with weights)
I ate very healthy (sometimes a treat but never too much)
And I did my jogging (1-2 a week)
An still I got stuck above the 61 kg (134,5 lbs). But last week I ate more (more protein and more carbs. I figured I needed them for my work (very busy restaurant and I was running the whole day for customers). With that and my workout.. 1200 calories a day probably wasnt enough. This week, I'm eating at least 1300 calories, training 1 day less. And i lost 2 pounds already. I went from 162 to 132 lbs! Yay! Now I changed my goal (which was 132) into 120 lbs.
How is your process going?
So, for the first time in probably about three years, I went to the gym. I actually love going to the gym, and being there made me how much I missed it. I find I exercise better than I do at home - mainly, because I have barely any equipment for an effective workout - and it seems like less of a chore to workout there than it is at home. At home everything seems like it's so hard and it feels like I get absolutely nowhere. At the gym it's fun and I've always seen results when I've gone to the gym.
It kind of sucks that I have to start from scratch again with all the weight machines - lowest weight setting, etc - when I used to be able to do so much more, but I'm not going to allow that to discourage me. I'm going to try to go to the gym as often as possible and I'm going with the mentality that each time I go I'm getting stronger, my endurance is getting better, my fitness is getting better, and overall the way I look and feel will get better.
So, here's to a fitness filled second half of the year.
