The need for moral purity in fandom as a late is driving me a little insane. Especially with fanfic. Fanfics are not stories made for the masses that need to be made digestible for you. Let fanfic writers be sick little weirdos. If you don’t like it scroll. Damn.💀

Acker-Hell or whatever username they’re now? Haven’t heard of that artist in a while but last time I’ve seen them, they focus on MHA/BNHA art. I’ve heard that they deleted their KnY art and related accounts online due to harassment over a ship or 2 mentioned by a comment in an reuploaded image on Pinterest? I mean Kanae X Kyojuro is a tame ship, actually a positive vibes couple. Sanemi X Kanae is most likely one-sided even thou I’m actually ok with the latter. But the SaneKana shippers can get super protective just because it may be a tragic almost canon ship, the Wind Hashira never getting a chance to confess to her since she got killed... At least they’re not as bad as the Stolitz community cuz I didn’t hear SaneKana folks creating hate posts or harassment campaigns of other ships…
Or maybe bc that person created Senjuro x Sumi, Kiyo and Naho (Fanon nickname: butterfly triplets) resulting in 30 children after they got married? I get how uncomfortable people got because it’s the aged up versions of those kids.

But thinking about her art, I realized that some of her in-universe ships made perfect sense compared to canon.
TLDR: rabid shippers really do be ruining other users’ online lives just because their explosive feelings were hurt by seeing seemingly healthier alternatives. Or they’re secretly jealous of those users’ success and good vibes… And forgetting that block/filter buttons exist! Like I stg they weren’t taught boundaries! Did their parent(s), authority figures or whoever not teach them that!? Did they not learn the many types of boundaries either??
