a lot of warmth and trust

the type of connection where you don’t even have to look at each other

the way he shows affection in public is the exact same way

small but consistent

little reminders of ‘Hey- I’m here.’ but through touch

even when there’s loads of room behind you

the affection in private is a lot less small

fights are also very rare

they only happen when both of you are very stressed and tired

you’re not really mad at each other, you’re just exhausted

it makes small annoyances a lot bigger

but in the end you both realize you meant well

it turns into a learning process where you get even closer

meeting his family was pretty nerve wrecking

but they welcomed you so nicely

his younger brother and sister teased him slightly but all ‘n all it was a very wholesome evening

his mother would interrupt conversations just to ask you another question

she seemed just as nervous as you and wanted to make a good impression

it was clear Hyunsuk cared about you and his family knew

the dates you go on usually start with shopping

picking out outfits that aren’t exactly couple-clothing but still match so nicely

bringing back colors and certain patterns

it would look like you two just walked out of a magazine

but with big happy grins instead of stern model expressions

Hyunsuk loves pimping your clothes

adding little touches to make them suit your style evenmore

it’s his way of leaving a mark and he hopes it makes you think of him when he’s not around

the shoppingdates will slowly turn into just wandering around

finding fun themed cafés 

or pop-up art galleries

he would have so many reasons to take pictures of you

getting the most amazing angles and creative shots

all while hyping you up as his supermodel

he’s always so proud and supportive of you

with you by his side he feels like he can take on the world

but at the same time doesn’t feel the pressure to be perfect

you’re the perfect balance between motivation and reassurance

The redhead had been crying over the new FlexSeal commercial for some reason or another as she sipped on tea. Her wishes had been respected enough by the rest of the team that she not be visited, but they checked in and sent things often. They even sent reports of Loki's goings on when she cared to ask.

So as her commercial was interrupted, she actually got frustrated because it was "at the good part" where she could see the results. But this was something even more unusual. How did this happen? Those bastards never gave up a dime! Besides Stark.

And then there was a knock at the door and she actually squeaked in surprise before going to it and looking through the window panes beside the door, seeing the figure there and hearing the voice that belonged to it. "You've known where I was this entire time... Haven't you?" She asked as she opened the door, frowning a bit. "I was hoping you might wait for me to invite you... There was actually a letter in the mailbox to be delivered to you today."

She was rounder now and definitely could not be mistaken as just chunky. So as she stepped aside, she had a hand on her lower back from the aches it caused. "Just so you know... In all fairness. I don't know the gender of the baby. I didn't want to find out anything other than they are healthy... Until I had forgiven you. I figured you deserved to be there if we did that."

Gone was the piercing, controlling stare he had so often used. However truthful it was, Loki looked penitent. When he looked at her it was with caution and respect, often casting his eyes downward as though he spoke to some higher form of royalty. He might very well have been the most powerful creature in the universe at this moment but she held sway.

He was touched at the knowledge that she had written to him, seemingly to invite him. More so when she spoke of their child, a being he’d had more time to consider these past months alone. 

As he stepped inside he could not prevent a look of surprise at how much bigger she was, how the life in her thrived. This thing he had put inside her, frightening and wonderful as it was. It made him worry for her, living here in solitude with the consequences of what he had done.

“Thank you. I appreciate it. I am sorry to impose. I only wished to keep you informed of some changes I intend.”
