You know I love my cardio! << words most people don’t say 😂 . But you know what makes my cardio more enjoyable? Yep, weight training!!!!!! It’s not weights VS cardio, it’s weights AND cardio!!!! 🏋️♀️+🏃♀️= 👯♀️ . My running feels stronger and I can conquer those hills with ease...well, maybe not ease, but I don’t feel like death doing them, lol!💀 . The program I’m doing is filmed live, so it’s unedited and you can hear all the grunts, groans and laughter as if you were working out in a gym class. If you prefer peace and quiet, you can mute them! I, on the other hand, love background noise. I find I can push myself harder, lift the heavier weights, try and beat my last reps (it’s time based) and walk away knowing I’m going to be stronger for it. 💪 . I’ve been back at the weights for a little over a month now, but this new program has me seeing what I’m made of. I’m only 3 days in, but I can already feel the difference on the trails. I jumped up to a faster group tonight because that strength I feel?? Well, it turned into confidence!!!! 😁 . This program is only 21 days.
