[EN] I’m slowly shifting to waking up earlier. For now, it only means I’m sleeping less and feeling groggy all day. Maybe eventually I’ll start going to bed earlier too.

[PL] Przestawiam się powoli na wcześniejsze wstawanie. Na razie skutkuje to tylko tym, że mniej śpię i cały dzień jestem nieprzytomny. Może w końcu zacznę się też wcześniej kłaść.
