I came across this earlier when looking for some inspirational quotes for my blog and just had to post it, it's of a woman's journey of losing 88lbs in one year! What I love most about it is how happy she becomes as the weight comes off and that is what it is all about! Whether you're big or small what matters most s that you're genuinely happy in your skin!

2nd Round of 21DF Complete
The results are in! You guys...in just 21 days I lost 13.4lbs and 10.5" off my body! 10 INCHES! Just by eating clean foods in proper portions and doing a different 30 minute workout everyday. I can't stop staring at my before and after pictures. I still have a long ways to go before I'm anywhere close to where I want to be, but you've got to start somewhere!
I had a moment happen during my favorite workout today. One of the exercises I couldn’t do when I started a month and a half ago, was finally easy for me! It used to put horrible pressure on my tailbone/sciatic area and was unbearable so I always avoided it. Today I decided to give it a try and much to my surprise, there was no pain and it blew my mind! Stronger everyday.
Purpose: Build upper back strength
Instructions:
Sit in a chair with lots of space behind you
Keep your head leveled, elbows elevated to the same height as shoulders and thumbs pointing straight backwards
Retract shoulder blades and reach back as far as possible
Do twenty then take a break and repeat
Tips:
Taking deep breaths during this exercise to allow closer proximity
Keep your shoulder-to-elbow position parallel
The correct way to pull out of this exercise is to let your arms roll back into position and standing up, making sure your arm stays inline with the midline of your body
