Barcelona Bikini Transformation ☀️🙌🏼☀️ ~ Life with Lotty

So if you’ve been following my insta this week or checking out my stories you’ll know that I have spent the last few days in the beautiful city of Barcelona! This is the first holiday in a while I can truly say I have even felt a tiny bit of confidence wearing a bikini, all thanks to my health and fitness journey!

Only two months ago at the end of June I visited the amazing Zante which was super fun but I didn’t even own a bikini for that trip, I would only wear high waisted bottoms and long tanking tops or bralette styles that would cover as much of my stomach as possible, as well as constantly wearing the highest wedges I could find in an attempt to make my huge thighs thinner. Being honest, I was miserable. I hated looking around and feeling like a beached whale compared to my friends and the other girls around me, so on my return and paired with the slow recovery of my knee I decided to change things!

I would never in a millions years have thought that only two months down the line I would be in a proper bikini let alone posting pictures in one! I still have a long way to go in loving and looking after my body but I’m finally closer to there I want to be.

The message of this post to all of you amazing people out there is if you ever feel stuck and fed up know that you CAN make a change, it all starts with you and who knows what you’ll achieve?💕

August 24 #picoftheday: In a previous post, I mentioned the trainers and fitness personalities that admire and love to watch. However, since I’m Asian 😳, I realize that I can never exactly look like most of these people I follow( yes, majority of them are Caucasian). SO here are my absolute favourite Asian fitness personalities: @chuando_chuandoandfrey He is my personal body goal when I’m much older. His body is probably my biggest long term goal. @frandytan just a great lean physique @ryanhoangnyc another great physique; more broad @jeremy_buendia I think he is the one that got me the most inspired to restart my personal fitness journey. He is one of the first Asian Mr Olympia winner. There's such a fine line between 'listen to your body' and 'be lazy as shit and feed your body all ze trash' smh. I don't usually like to deprive myself of food but I draw the line at eating half a jar of cookies (which happened yesterday smh). That was not okay. That was not fuel for my body, that was trash. Same thing today. I had an amazing meal at this sushi bar. I did not need to go into Burger King and get a chocolate waffle. I wasn't even hungry. I've skipped working out for the last two days. I feel like shit. Not because I'm feeling guilty but because I have built up energy and stress and I knew I was simply too lazy to get my ass to the gym. I don't plan to beat myself up about it - tomorrow i'll have a clean slate, thermodynamics be dammed. From now on it's listen to your body but feed it good shit and only skip your workout if you're too tired to go
NEW WORKOUT ROUTINE! This is perfect for them after Thanksgiving feels. Don’t get lazy on me now!! We are in the holiday season. Gotta keep those workouts going. This is a tough one but well worth it. Put those extra holiday calories to work 💪😉🖒

When you reach a certain award level at work and get a Ninja 😍 it replaces my magic bullet and food processor!!! I love it and can't wait to try it out!
Day 2: Classic Keto So everything was the same except for my snack and dinner. Breakfast: Rocket fueled latte Lunch: leftover hamburger dinner....which was surprisingly better than the night before. Dinner: Pork chops and gravy and I made a side of roasted broccoli. Dinner is where is gets tricky. As I'm in the middle of making my beautiful dinner...Jordan walks in with McDonald's in his hand. *Face palm* so sweet to bring dinner.....lack of communication tho lol needless to say I have leftovers for my future which isn't a bad thing. It's only my second day in and I feel like a failure lol I told him no more of that in the future 😂🤦 Snack: bacon crackers a guacamole which was pretty good! Today is day 3. A new day. Losing weight isn't a race anyway. I have ample opportunities to make things better and I am already in the process of that. There will always be real life situations where you eat unhealthy! Finally....Exercise yesterday was a 360 calorie burn with my Fitstar app.
