Fresh strawberries, marshmallows, whipped cream, and a hint of tropical flavor from the pineapple and coconut come together to make this treat. The pecans' crunchy flavor gives this sweet treat a great texture.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put the mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries in a large bowl. Whip the cream in a different bowl until it forms stiff peaks. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Fold the whipped cream mixture into the strawberry mixture slowly until it covers everything. Add the shredded coconut and chopped pecans and mix them in gently. Put the salad in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it. If you want, you can add more strawberries and pecans as a garnish. Enjoy! Serve cold.
