Bacon Ranch Chicken Foil Packets are an easy, tasty, and low-maintenance way to make dinner. Each package has perfectly cooked chicken breasts with seasonings, crispy bacon, cheesy goodness, and hearty vegetables.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups baby potatoes, halved. 1 cup broccoli florets.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl and mix them together. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts, and then cover each one with the ranch mixture. Put one chicken breast on a heavy-duty aluminum foil sheet. Spread the broccoli and potatoes out among the foil packets and wrap them around the chicken. Cover the chicken and vegetables with bacon bits and cheddar cheese shreds. Cover the chicken and vegetables with foil, then fold it over to make a packet and seal it tightly. Put the foil packets on a baking sheet and heat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft. Carefully open the foil packets, and if you want, sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve hot.
