Foxlink is an otherlink identity in which someone voluntarily identifies as a fox for any reason. Could be to cope, for fun, or just because they really like foxes.

Reminder: OtherLINK is a choice, unlike OtherKIN and therianthropy, which are NOT choices.

Color meanings and Extra definitions below the cut:

Colors: All the colors I could find on a common fox.

Otherlink: A voluntarily identity as a non-human being of any kind. Could be an animal, mythical being, fictional character, plant, concept or more.

Copinglink: Being an otherlink as a way to cope with trauma, bad experiences or other.

Funlink: Being an otherlink simply for fun.

Honestly I’m heavily considering being otherlink..

I was kinda against the thought before because i thought that other entities saw it lesser than any other alterhuman identity, but honestly I’ve been really anxious about whether my identity is involuntary and I’m valid or if I was just wishing to be a therian.

Honestly maybe it’s both-

But I’ve decided that maybe being otherlink would help not have that pressure on whether I’m a ‘real’ therian or if I’m valid.

Because like.. I just already am a fox and a cryptid.. (and maybe a dog) I already identify as such and thinking that I am not these creatures in any way makes me feel sad. So maybe I should just- be it anyways but voluntarily.

I do think I may have a few behaviors or instincts that are out of my control.. (and I still get species euphoria/dysphoria) but tbh being otherlink looks very appealing right now.

Idk maybe I’m overthinking it, maybe I’m a therian. But the idea of it is calming

Anyways, thank you for reading my post! I just wanted to share my thoughts on my identity because I have been thinking about it a lot

haiiiiiii, i was wondering if i could request a winged fox board or a raccoon board? maybe with darker colors instead of brighter ones- i awakened just recently and had the whole "whoa, thats whats up with me" moment and im having a hard time figuring out if its both or a constelic fade in and fade out thing or just the one, so a moodboard would be nice

ya didn't really specify a theme so I kinda went for it. you also didn't specify the breeds so I just did red fox and idk what species of raccoon! please tell me if you need me to redo this
