Young Justice 3x26 - Nevermore
Young Justice can’t seem to have a royal family without including an evil uncle. Maybe Ocean Master, Count Vertigo and Baron Bedlam should start a club.
Baron DeLamb: *ready to set-up another season of bad PR and second-hand humiliation for the heroes*
King Gregor, my personal savior: Do y’all think I’m STUPID??
Do you think it’s a coincidence that Bedlam is (probably) responsible for the abduction of princess Tara and for the creation of the Tar? Or do you think that Bedlam, known lovers of wordplay, somehow derived their Tar from the abilities of the first metahuman they successfully activated?
For the writing ask game: #7
#7) What is your favorite scene you’ve written so far?
For my next chapter of the Tara Time Loop, my favorite scene is the one where Tara is face to face with Baron DeLamb while he's in prison. It's fun to show how her view of him has changed over the many loops, and how in many ways she's the one in complete power while in a relatively calm situation. I also got to work in some excellent foreshadowing for the last loop.
Here's a snippet:
Shadows training or not, Tara snarled. “And of course you worked with Baazovi for what would have the best political impact.”
“What about Baazovi?” her uncle drawled, eyes more focused on his hands than Tara. He flexed one hand as if checking his fingernails.
“What do you mean what about him? You work for the Light, as does he.” Uncle Fredrick’s eyelids flickered. If Tara hadn’t been focused, she would not have picked up on it.
She had refused to take her eyes off Bedlam for a second.
