Binge eating disorder is not something that people have a lot of support and information for. I didnāt even realize thatās what I had. I just thought I would eat a ridiculous amount of food in one sitting and thatās just because I was a big girl.Ā
I thought my only options were pills, wraps, surgery, doctors, shakes, diet systems. All of that is not helping you cope with the real problem. You can have a healthy relationship with food. I promise you that.
You donāt need to spend any money and you donāt need to overhaul your life.Ā
Making small substitutions and changing your ability to approach meals, exercise, and mental health can make you strong and happy. Iād love to help.
All that time I was consuming 5,000-8,000 calories a day, planning my next meal, sneaking out to get fast food, lying to myself about my weight gain, and feeling completely helpless, I never stopped to think WHY I was doing it.Ā
