Well today was a lot harder than yesterday, mostly because of the exercises. But also because I hadn't drunk that much water today and because I didn't really eat that much either. But we worked out our legs and arms today during warmup with frog jumps and wheel barrels. Gosh, I hate wheel barrels so much. And dang was my partner, he literally does not let me give up. He refused to put me down until I got to the end of the mat. Which don't get me wrong, is really motivating. But also hurts like hell. We learned a new self defense called grab from the side and I flipped instructor dang. I felt so powerful. I still don't know why instructor tyler is the only instructor I fell really self conscious around. I already know after we finish self defense, all we're going to be doing is review. Kill me now. D: So excited for the belt test in november. I'm already ready for practice next weekend and I just left practice a few hours ago. :D
