It's apparently that time of night when my brain decides it wants me to cry over fictional characters.

Tonight's main course of angst is, "Jason waiting in the underworld and hoping to see all of his friends again at least one last time because he feels bad that he never got to really say goodbye to them. There are times while he's waiting that he thinks about seeing Thalia again, but then he remembers that she's immortal. It's ok, it really is. But he would be lying if he said that he wouldn't love nothing more than to see his big sister again."

And, "Luke waiting for his mother in the afterlife so that he can at least apologize to her for everything he might've ever said about her and for leaving her alone just like Hermes did. For lying and not being able to keep his promise of returning home."
