Another day at Hogwarts, when Margaret had taken refuge in the library to forget the meaningless and worthless thoughts of the Hogwarts students, she could feel the sound of books turning pages and the smell of wood and parchment in her nose. This place was an ordinary library for the rest of them, and for Maggie a way to escape from reality.

As the young girl walked towards the bookshelves and examined books of different genres and stories, her eyes fell on a book titled "The History of Salazar Slytherin", and when she decided to read it, a long, pale hand quickly and in an instant appeared in front of Maggie's blue eyes, took the book and carried it away.

I go back and forth on whether Gellert feels sad and humiliated for being expelled from Dumstrang or proud of himself that he’s the first person to do so.

I think the first one makes more sense. As arrogant and cruel as he is he likely felt a bit of a outcast and felt kicked out of his home. I think he was a bit annoyed and even more lonely when he goes to his aunts. However I don’t think he loved that school much so they could be some pride that he doesn’t have finish it.

I always imagine why he gets expelled is a fight. To me that fits to how how most of his violence comes from his anger.
