I wish I was gentle with myself.
if i could hold you close enough to erase each and every trace of the lifetimes of pain you had to endure i would as if it was the cure for everything you had to lose

✨️There is always someone who is waiting for you. It is good when you know who that is, but do not lose heart if you don’t. Perhaps this someone does not yet know your name or your face, but is still waiting.
I say this as someone who waited — and was eventually met. And, as it turned out, I was being waited for as well🕊😌

Standing alone,
Fragile and transparent,
Seen in its full bloom,
Living the fullness of life!

🌿✨ gentle reminder:
you’re not “behind.”
you’re growing at your own pace.
some flowers bloom at night. some take a whole season.
you’re still a garden worth tending to. 🌱🦋
They won’t always be the one in the room with the loudest voice. They won’t need to be. Because their kindness does not announce itself.
It slips into cracks, into the quiet. Into the places no one thought to reach.
A hand steadied on a trembling back. A word that lands soft but stays deep. A moment no one noticed, but someone never forgot.
They are not driven by reward. It is resonance that motivates them to be kind. They enjoy the satisfying hush that follows an honest act.
As well as the shift in breath when someone realises they’ve been seen. They are the echo you hear days later when you remember that time someone chose grace over pride. That time someone stood beside you, not above you. And never made it about them.
They are proof that compassion doesn’t need an audience. Because when it’s genuine and real, it lingers. And when it lingers, it changes everything.
In so many beautiful ways.
Words by me.
