Corpse Husband
Speaking of monsters who hide....where has Corpse been? I haven't heard much about him in the last few years. I sincerely hope he's doing well. Better than he was for sure.
I find his whole situation facinating (the hidden face thing, not his health. Go rest up man) Being one of the last few hidden face streamers to still not do a face reveal is rather intriguing. I don't know much about the others' fandoms but I know that the mystery of not being able to see someone's face in a modern world of cameras, videos and mulit-media art is something of an enigma.
Why no face? Where iz face? Who face what now?
And doubley so when people find his voice extremely attractive. Gone from story telling and singing to voice acting he's traversed the gamut with his natural born talent (and naturally developed disability; rip esophegus). I can't stop from comparing his situation to that of Eros. (aka cupid) The sisters were so desperate to know what their Psyche' sister's husband looked like they were willing to sabotague it to satiate their curiosity. Nevermind the marriage would fall apart and their sister's happiness ruined, they wanted to know what was under the mask!!
Same goes for Corpse' sanity and confidence. Remembering the imagery that host Anthony Padilla described of him lying on the couch in the green room doing some 'heavy' breathing exercises, like poor guy. Agoraphobia is no small demon. Leaking the picture of the individual who is an 'unconfirmed' earlier version of Corpse husband could be or likely is the same thing. He's gone further underground to be away from the public. The candle wax burned, and he's gone.
I do hope he's found happiness tho. Maybe even his corpse bride.
(in case you're not sure, the hidden monster(s) the title is referring to is phobias and mental illness, also peoples' selfishness)
