New stuff! My manufacturer was having some specials so I put some of your favorite designs on keychains for y'all. Lots of andor and Rebels stuff, along with....connected droid charms! On the left, Chopper from Rebels in all 3 of his paint jobs. On the right, the 3 droids that helped Ahsoka and Rex escape Mandalore after Order 66: R7-A7, Cheep, and RG-G1.

I've also got these Mon Mothma and Melshi designs! The Mon Mothma keychain says "the death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil" and the Melshi keychain says "people have to know about this."

Two of your favorite t-shirt designs! The Kalkite keychain on the left says "kalkite · synthetic kalkite · kalkite alternatives · kalkite substitutes," as discussed in Andor (in English). On the right is my Ferrix design that says "Stone and Sky" over the top and "Ferrix · Morlani System" on the bottom.

Two more Andor designs, featuring the Ferrix Honor Guard emblem and the Ghorman Front symbol from the Ghorman flag. These are set in rainbow shifting acrylic with an epoxy coating on the top

Of course I had to make some Fulcrum keychains with this material! And I printed one of y'all's sticker designs as a keychain: The Max Rebo Tatooine Demos cassette! On the top in Aurebesh it says 90 on the left and then Max Rebo Band/Tatooine Demos in a "handwritten" style font on the right. On the bottom left it says SIDE A and on the right it says STEREO.

I also got better photos of these "I have friends everywhere" designs, as well as my Kleya design below, which says "know your way out" in Aurebesh.

Okay I haven't seen this talked about at all but it really stuck out to me so I guess I am.

In Jedha, Kyber, Erso there's this moment between Cassian and K2SO as they're escaping Coruscant. The few times I have seen it mentioned it's been used as a fun show of their relationship; K2 speaking and Cassian ignoring him.

But guys, this is directly after the hallway scene. I think it's safe to assume that K2SO hasn't had to use that level of violence since being reprogramed. This is enforced by what he tells Cassian in the scene, "I assume any doubts of my value have been erased"

And Cassian's reaction? He gives an order and avoids looking at him.

This is the first time Cassian has witnessed K2 like that since Ghorman, and you can bet he's remembering everything.

That isn't the face of a man having fun times with his friend after narrowly getting out of a bad situation. That's the face of a man who was just brutally reminded of the massacre he escaped. And the part the killer machine next to him played in it.

It was a fascinating casting (and set design? worldbuilding?) decision to make the people of Ghorman not only posher, richer than Ferrix or Aldhani, in terms of their architecture and costuming and overall material culture, but also largely whiter. Ferrix is an industrial-scrapyard city, Aldhani is loosely based off the Scottish Highlands, a place of rural shepherds and goatherds, but Ghorman is a well-known, highly visible exporter of high-status luxury goods. It's harder to disappear Ghor because people know and care about the Ghor in ways they don't know or care about the Dhani. They are visible and high status: they can still be killed or deported, but it cannot be done without a good and credible and controlled narrative. They are "just like us" and it takes the Empire concerted effort to make them into a "them." And to convey this in-universe fact, the showrunners decided that their city looks like France with a hint of North Italy, they have little cafés, their costumes are vaguely mid-century French, they speak Obvious Space French, and many of the actors are white French, or other Europeans with like very Old World faces.

Interesting worldbuilding choice, that's all.

Cassian and Vel toasting to those they have lost.

Cassian toasting to Cinta because he knew Vel could not say it. So he said it for her.

Vel toasting to Ghorman and Ferrix because they hold memories of destructions for Cassian that he would rather not relive again. So she said it for him.

Then Vel toasted Cassian’s mother. Because Vel was there at Ferrix during the funeral. And because Cassian couldn’t not say it. So she said it for him.

Together, they mourn those they have lost, helping each other carry the heavier parts, keeping them named, helping each other name them.
