Soul

You know whats the worse part of being broken.

That it can happen in any given moment.

My mother wants to figure me out.

But she doesnt listen when i scream or shout.

Fist through a shelf and flashes hitting my mind.

Wondering why truth is better than lying.

Its like she ignored my pain.

Saying sorry for something i didnt do god make it rain.

But then she forgets this kid went one time insane.

Why would i be put in so much in rage?

For a man she stays catching him in acts on a page.

But yet i m the liar only one sober trying to walk with gods stage.

She told me ever since church i act perfect.

Not realizing i go to church to confess to strangers an uncomfortable surface.

My mother doesnt even know i do poems.

Over hundred that comes from my heart.

Writing two books i meant to do from the start.

Beginning of my recovery from when i dug my hole.

Nothing hurts worse when a parent doesnt believe their son soul.
