Athena aka Xenomorphilid Davidnae named after the Xenomorph’s use of acid and chestburster. And young king David who stood against the giant Goliath. Been working on her for a while, but spent most of the contest time sick! Finally got finished and she's been submitted. I don't expect to reach the final 16, sucks I was sick for so long. But was a fun challenge.
Goji Center's Indominus rex 2.0 Hybrid War concept:
Reason for creation:
The Jurassic World mosasaur already was capable of taking down the original Indominus rex. This animal was oversized and didn't resemble its real life inspiration much at all.
I doubt the Indom 2.0 could fight back against the JW mosasaur and win, purely due to the size difference. But just to be safe this hybrid will be stronger than both Goji's hybrid and the JW mosasaur.
Conservative estimates for JW mosasaur put it around 25-36 meters long, roughly as large as a blue whale, perhaps slightly larger. The sizes are incredibly inconsistent across the films and official media, with sizes ranging from a reasonable 22 meters on official posters, to calculations done from movie screenshots giving estimates of over 87 meters!! Roughly 30 meters (100 feet) appears to be the average size it's depicted at throughout the franchise, so that's how large it'll be for this scenario.
I suspect the JW mosasaur is a hybrid itself. Marine organisms don't exactly fit the typical Jurassic Park canon of the mosquito DNA extraction method, so any DNA gathered must be less than ideal, allowing for more gaps within the DNA.
I suspect roughly 60% or less of the animal is pure Mosasaurus DNA (gathered through uncertain methods). Due to the Crocodilian scutes and teeth I suspect the other 30% is likely saltwater crocodile DNA. The remaining 10% of DNA I believe is from the blue whale, which contributed to the coloration, flipper shape, body size, and the possible ability to communicate with baleen whales as seen in JW: Dominion.

The Leviathan:
If you want to watch it too.
Why my hybrids would kill humans or other dinos
Now this is a genuine question for the Dandy's World community
Would Shelly love this or be traumatized?
I mean it's a literal dinosaur hybrid, who wouldn't like this?
SCREAMING???? My mom is so tall‼️‼️‼️
Okay so has anyone else seen the goji center announcement? Cuz I did and quite literally immediately got to work.
So something that I noted in the comment section of the announcement,
When they were tweaking the genome of the i-rex 2, they ended up changing a very minor, but ultimately cascadingly much larger piece of its power over a already existing weakness amongst the entirety of the species both the original and the existing evolution in the I-rex 2.
This being something involving its bite force, and betrayed off of a specific creature being used instead of its original options. the advantageousness that this now adds to a creature which is capable of using a environment that is entirely unable to be traversed to a naturalized, aclimatized extent as the creature I am creating.
So basically imagine a giant fucking rat...
Imagine the angriest beaver. Beyond the strength of Daggett or Norbert
As the ultimate antithesis to this demonically powerful reptile, I raise the ultimate mammal. A little rat bastard man who's capable of staying underwater, digging through the dirt in that water, and building traps. I'm talking some fucking Kaiju sized Macaulay Culkin shit. I'm wanting this fucker to be The Kevin McAllister of Isla Nublar
So effectively this creature is supposed to have an intelligence inherited from an orangutan, the size and strength inherited from both Mammoth and bear, the bite force, toxin immunity, structure, and ferocity of a shrew, the squeezing into small spaces of malleability of both stoats and rats, a prehistoric animal alongside the mammoth being an ancestor to whales, called the ambulocetus, for increased water survivability on top of the hippopotamus DNA
For stamina and endurance, running to the point of being able to either outpace or run down IRex 2 individuals through endurance hunting, It has antelope DNA alongside orangutan DNA, and additionally using its architectural skills and spines from its porcupine & Beaver DNA to create traps, including large pungy pits, and even weaponry to be able to combat the known tool usage of the IRex 2s.
So it's DNA splices are:
Rats
Mammoth
Ambulocetus
Hippopotamus
Opossum
Orangutan
Beaver
Antelope
Shrew
Porcupine
Some models of this thing, including sketches and a quickly done clay one
Basically it's got a prehensile tail like an opossum, with the build of a rat -with that scaliness- and then the literal shape of a beaver's tail for the ability to use offensively and also for construction in its extremely complex structures that it will build underneath lakes.
This creature is a stygophonic/troglophonic nocturnally, in which it will swim underneath lakes, and proceed to bury itself in a den it creates using materials from surrounding area it's collecting through the same means a bear or a beaver would, just on a larger scale, as it's bones and teeth are both iron enforced. This allows it to effectively create dungeons for itself. Which then additionally act as minefield trap hazard grounds for any invading forces, no matter their intelligence as they are explicitly maneuverable by only the creator of the traps themselves.
Basically just big pieces of concrete gnawed out of these random enclosure bits and wall pieces, as it's just a rat with beaver sensibilities, meaning It just destroys the area around it and uses the pieces of actual straight up like concrete slabs and giant fucking lab pieces, in the same way a beaver would logs and sticks, and can make like large crushing traps that could possibly pose a threat to the IRX, as they are not expressly adept at combating being full-on Patty Smashed as it were.
Now on top of that a nigh human intelligence creating traps that are significantly larger in size than any human made trap could be. Basically this guy is adding together the most dangerous things for the I-rex, something that's underwater, as smart as a human, and strong enough to make something larger than it, all aspects of what killed the original concept, and what I feel hubristically might be the downfall of its second self as well...
And thus I present the Rattus megathirrosto, "Rat Bastard"
