Yes, she is Goku and Chichi's daughter, and yes, she's younger than Pan and Bulla. She's an oopsie baby.

Then here is her grow up line. When I was younger, I did imagine she would have super saiyan powers, but I feel she is just a forager, who will kick ass if necessary. She has Chichi's temper despite her looking friendly. She's a carefree little adventurer. The change in her... well, job description, would be because I imagine she was a weak baby. Which makes me wonder if that was the case for Bulla? Since Bulma is old AF when she was born.

Honestly, her timeline placement might change again.
