Since my parents won't stop bugging me about work and money and all that stuff, I'm finally making the announcement that I will be accepting commissions for both artwork and writing.
Artwork done in my normal semi-chibi artstyle will be a bit cheaper than more detailed ones, and things like shading will be a bit extra. And larger pieces like my Final Fantasy VII Kabbalah will be a bit more on the pricy side.
As for writing, I'm thinking that longer pieces will be worth more.
I will only draw things that I'm comfortable with. So if you want me to draw characters you like, within reason, then that'll probably get made.
My current ideas for pricing are:
Art:
Semi-chibi: $15, $20 with shading
Full detail: $25, $30 with shading
Mural: $40 base
Writing:
Drabble (100 words): $10
Minific (~1000 words): $25 base
Full story (1000+ words): $35 base
why would 8 be brought up if it’s EVEN in a post about ODDS??????? the post said “every single ODD number has an ‘e’ in it” not “every single number with an ‘e’ is odd” what the fuck
did you know that seven is the only single diget intiger that has two syllables?
Also, and number beyond that that has a seven in it will have one more syllable than a number that doesn’t (i.e. 15 has two syllables but 17 has three)
Final Fantasy meets Castlevania meets Evangelion, with a dash of Paradise Lost.
🚫 Do NOT follow or interact with FWC content if you are a minor. FWC contains explicit, traumatic, and mature themes.
FWC is an apocalyptic mythpunk omniverse that includes a major science-fantasy arc using Final Fantasy VII characters. While that arc is central to some characters' mythology, the series begins and ends with original content rooted in cosmic horror, divine romance, and end-times transformation.
📖 Overview — What is FWC?
Fantasy Worlds Collide is a multi-arc, canon-divergent, omniversal saga that folds original mythology around select Final Fantasy VII material to tell a larger story about celestial warfare, apocalyptic prophecy, and the fate of Creation.
FWC is not a retelling of FFVII. It is a layered crossover universe with its own internal logic, original characters, and thematic focus.
We adapt only the elements of FFVII that strengthen the narrative: primarily the original game, Advent Children, Last Order, and selected material from Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, and Ever Crisis, as well as other FF 7 Compilation media. Some Remake lore appears where it serves FWC; otherwise, official changes are considered but not automatically adopted.
Use FFVII beats (Meteor, Reunion, Aerith) as a backbone while letting OC threads (Bianca, Azrakiel, the Kilonova) run parallel and intersect.
Build a mythos that can stand alone: prophecies, godlings, and celestial politics that matter even if you’ve never played FFVII.
Arcs & scope
Pandemonix (On Earth, Abyssal, and Celestial Realms) — human/cultic origins, Asmodeus cult, early mythic threads, Celestial Civil War, Michael's Knights, and Kayla Winter's Prophecy.
FFVII (Gaia) — the canon-divergent core that intersects with Meteor, Sephiroth, Jenova, the Plantary Defenders and the Remnant characters.
Kilonova (End & Rebirth of Creation) — the metaphysical event that threatens to reset reality.
Godling — aftermath and the birth/ascension of a new pantheon (Aurora, Lucien, etc.).
If you prefer linear chronology, follow the Tagged timeline on the hub. If you prefer thematic reading, start with character studies for Bianca → Sephiroth → Asmodeus → Aurora/Lucien → supporting cast.
🧑💻 Characters (high-level roster)
Canon and OC characters coexist. Each entry below gives a compact role summary and why they matter to the arc.
Core / God-scale
Bianca Moore — Jenova-infused fallen celestial. Born into trauma and, later, subjected to Shinra’s experiments, Bianca becomes the kilonova’s fulcrum. A catalyst for destruction, rebirth, and an unexpectedly fierce mother whose love subverts the parasite she carries. Her arc is about identity, agency, and whether love can invert infection.
Sephiroth — Dark half of a prophesied soul-split. From SOLDIER to demi-god, obsessed with remaking Existence. His relationship with Bianca is both cosmic and intimate: father to Aurora & Lucien and the architect of cataclysmic plans.
Azrakiel / Asmodeus — Fallen archangel turned Prince of Lust. The infernal strategist whose obsession with control creates the kilonova threat; complex antagonist whose hubris and paternal designs shape much of Bianca’s torment.
Aurora Moore — Godborn queen of the Abyss. Daughter of Bianca and Sephiroth; sovereign forged by trauma and ambition. Not a redemption arc. More a study of power, inheritance, and identity.
Lucien Moore — Sovereign of the Celestial Realm. Aurora’s twin and the project of order made flesh; he embodies divine law and the costs of rigid balance.
Divine / Mortal Nexus
Seraphine — high archangel, mother to Bianca Moore; maternal, sacrificial, and a guide whose choices ripple through prophecy.
Michael / Alexander Maloney — archangel; mentor, warrior, and reluctant guardian tangled in prophecy and human attachments.
Kayla Winters — the human knight whose prophetic role ties directly into Revelation-themes; tragic, heroic, necessary to the Kilonova’s emotional weight.
Genesis Rhapsodos — Survivor of Deepground; his alliance with Sephiroth and Bianca during the Kilonova Crisis ignites the first Abyssal rebellion. Recognizes Bianca as the living goddess of Loveless. Whether this is a false portrayal remains to be seen.
Shinra / Human cast (selected)
Diana Ravenscroft — Hojo’s protégé-level bioengineer; cold, brilliant, ethically bankrupt in pursuit of mastery over life.
Mira Shroud (Kaela / T-5129-K) — elite Turk; conditioned loyalty and the personal cost of corporate obedience.
Akihiro (SC-X) — Sephiroth clone; tragic, weaponized, lacking autonomy. Emblematic of Shinra’s moral bankruptcy.
David Moore, Sarah Moore, Mordecai Delacroix, Krista/Nina, Lysandra, Erik, Joshua McNeely — supporting players whose lives and small choices shape the catastrophe’s human face.
Professor Hojo, Lucrecia Crescent, Cloud Strife, Tifa Lockart, Barret Wallace, Aerith Gainsborough, Vincent Valentine, Zack Fair, Shinra (as a whole) — supporting canon players whose lives and small choices shape the catastrophe’s human face.
Cosmic parasite
Jenova — the ancient infection; in FWC she’s both vector and fractured influence. She eventually is warped by Bianca’s maternal inversion and Sephiroth’s will.
Canon & Crossover Figures
🌍 Settings & Canon-Divergence Notes
FWC draws FFVII locations (Nibelheim, Midgar, Wutai, Corel, and North Crater) but often reframes them through angelic/demonic events, cult activity, or altered timelines.
Canon divergence rule: we keep what amplifies narrative stakes and character truth. Retcons or remake changes are evaluated on whether they strengthen FWC’s emotional/epic logic. Not every new official detail is adopted.
Key locales:
Shinra facilities & labs — origin of bio-horror and Bianca’s later trauma.
North Crater — Epicenter of planetary wounds and cosmic horror contamination; the place where gods fall, are rebuilt, and reborn.
Ethereal Nexus — cosmological hinge between realms, site of metaphysical climax.
Umbralyth (Abyss) & Caelora (Celestial Realm) — What we know as Heaven and Hell. Post-Kilonova the Abyss and Celestial Realms host godling politics.

✍️ Writing & Stories (WIPs & Read order)
Blood & Stardust — first novel-length FFVII arc. Summary: Bianca’s emergence, Sephiroth's descent, and Bianca's capture by Shinra. (Chapter nav on the Blood & Stardust page.) Currently, in plotting phase
AU HUB — All AUs are considered alternate timelines within the main FWC verse, exploring “what if” scenarios while staying anchored to its core world.
Shorts & One-shots — character vignettes.
Reading tip: Treat Blood & Stardust as the beginning of the FF 7 arc. Character studies are optional deep dives that enrich emotional payoffs.
Meta posts: deep dives on FWC, featuring world and construction, craft and processes, character and thematic commentaries, and writing prompts and thoughts
⚠️ Warnings & Content Flags
Complex plot • Dark themes • Heavy emotional impact
Existential questions • Moral ambiguity • Sexual assault
Adult content: Some FWC pieces contain adult material. All explicit content is behind a read-more and/or on AO3. Minors must not interact.

⚡ Maintenance & Author Notes
FWC is a living universe but not a reactive one. We do not update simply to mirror every Square Enix release. When new official content influences a concept meaningfully, we may incorporate it if it serves the story.
Coming soon tags indicate hubs under revision. Nothing essential is deleted. It’s being relocated or expanded for clarity.
💌 Special Thanks
Three years. Three years of chaos, rewriting, late-night edits, and worldbuilding spirals, and some of you been here through all of it. To my special friends (@craftyhal, @kitcatling, @tolliver-j-mortaelwyver, @sapphirothcrescent, @prehistoric-creatures, and @projecthypocrisy) who’ve stuck with me: thank you. For your patience, your notes, your reblogs, your comments, your laughter, your support, and for just being witnesses to this messy, sprawling universe and my legacy as an author. It means more than I can say.

Hey everyone! I’ve noticed a lot of new faces following me lately, so I wanted to take a second to reblog the FWC Hub.
Since I first put this together, this universe has grown into something massive. It’s essentially my life’s work. We’re talking over 10,000 posts on this blog alone dedicated to this world, its lore, and the characters within it.
If you’re new to my corner of Tumblr, Fantasy Worlds Collide (FWC) is a project I’ve been building and evolving since 1997. It’s a deep, dark, apocalyptic mythpunk saga where original cosmic horror meets a heavy, lore-driven expansion of the Final Fantasy VII universe.
Just a heads-up for the new followers. FWC deals with very mature, heavy, and often traumatic themes, so please mind the warnings on the hub. This isn't a simple retelling of canon. It’s a total reimagining that folds together celestial warfare, divine romance, and a pretty intense look at what happens when the world actually starts to end.
I’m dropping the full navigation hub above so you can find your way through the arcs: from the early days of Pandemonix to the FFVII core and the eventual ascension of Bianca, Sephiroth, Aurora, and Lucien.
Whether you're here for the Bianca and Sephiroth dynamic, the deep-dive meta, or just the general vibes of cosmic tragedy, there is a lot to dig into.
A Note on Sharing My Lore, New Ideas & Personal Boundaries
Hey everyone! This thought just entered my head while I am filling out the Godling Pitch, since I'm coming up with Pantheons and that familiar nagging advice from my mentor is coming through again (since I never shared much of the arc).
As many of you know, I’ve been making a conscious effort recently to open up, share more of my writing, and engage more in RP and collab spaces. For a long time, I was strongly advised to keep my concepts completely locked away out of fear that my ideas would get lifted, as they were so unique. I'm trying really hard not to slide back into that old mindset or retreat back into hiding my work, because putting my original mechanics and lore out into the world is a big, exciting step for me.
I love sharing these peeks into the specific mechanics I’ve spent years building, like the cosmological architecture and the unique ways my characters' bonds function. I want to keep opening up, but to make sure I feel safe and comfortable continuing to share, I want to gently set a clear boundary.
Collabs & AU Interactions = YES! I love writing characters together, exploring how they cross paths, and building shared stories in RP.
Borrowing Unique Mechanics = NO. Please do not copy, adapt, or integrate my specific magical systems, original characters, soul-bond mechanics, cosmological events, or unique sensory/somatic traits into your own original characters or standalone lore.
To me, there’s a big difference between having our characters write and play together versus adopting the specific magic or bond systems I’ve spent years and decades building. I love sharing these details so everyone can get a peek inside my universe, but I want to make sure those mechanics stay unique to Fantasy Worlds Collide.
Thank you so much for understanding and for being such a supportive space as I keep putting my work out there. I’m really excited to keep creating cool stories with you guys.
I can absolutely see this. And I can imagine that she spent the next several minutes to an hour trying to rinse the taste out of her mouth.
I’ve seen a bit of art/fics that show her smoking and I’m like “she would not fucking do that.” So I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that she wouldn’t.
Summary: In a secluded mountain cottage in Wutai, Sephiroth, Bianca, and their twin children gather around the hearth with Vincent to celebrate Lucrecia's birthday, offering her forgiveness and a warm place in their family.
Pairing: Bianca Moore (F!OC) / Sephiroth
Other Characters: Aurora (FOC), Lucien (MOC), Lucrecia Crescent, Vincent Valentine
Possible Trigger Warnings: mention of past trauma, past torture, past violence, phantom pain, scars
Possible Tropes: alternate universe - canon divergence, cozy fluff, domestic fluff, domestic sephiroth, family angst, family healing, found family, hurt/comfort, hybrid children, nonverbal character, oc-centric, original characters, soulmates - red string of fate, trauma recovery
Author’s Note: Today, July 22nd, marks Lucrecia’s canonical birthday: a day for a character who endured far too much tragedy in the main story. Wanting nothing more than to finally give her the warmth and healing she truly deserves, I wrote this soft family piece set in my Redemption!AU.
The heavy cedar door of the Rinnos cottage kept the biting, high-altitude mountain wind at bay, sealing in an atmosphere thick with the scents of roasting winter squash, steeping chamomile, and warm vanilla.
Outside, the jagged peaks of Wutai were obscured by a dense, slate-gray monsoon fog, but inside, the sunken irori hearth crackled with steady, golden cedar heat.
In the open kitchen, Bianca wiped a trace of wheat flour from her cheek with the back of her hand, leaving a faint white smudge across her fair skin.
Her long, prehensile tongue flicked out absentmindedly to capture a drop of sweet batter as she carefully set a triple-layered sponge cake onto the wooden counter. Her black-and-indigo hair was held back in its usual half-up style by her worn white ribbon—an engagement promise from Sephiroth long ago.
Beside her, two pairs of hands were busily at work decorating the frosting.
"More berries on this side, Lucien," twenty-one-year-old Aurora instructed softly. Her silver-white hair shimmering under the warm lantern light. Her pearlescent, pure white wings were neatly folded behind her back, though the feathered tips brushed gently against the floor as she adjusted her posture. "Nonna likes the tart ones from the riverbank."
Sitting on a low wooden stool next to his twin sister, Lucien didn't speak. Instead, he tilted his head. His glowing indigo eyes with their subtle feline pupils scanned the top of the cake with absolute, quiet focus. He pulled a small handful of fresh, dark mountain berries from a ceramic bowl, and arranged them in a precise, geometric circle around the perimeter.
He gave a single, satisfied nod, leaning his dark-feathered, charcoal-gray wings inward just a fraction: a silent, comfortable sign of agreement.
"It’s perfect, you two," Bianca said, her voice rich with an affectionate warmth that completely erased the lingering phantom pain in her scarred midsection and shattered wing-bones.
She reached out, as she patted Lucien’s shoulder. "Your grandmother is going to be overwhelmed."
From the doorway connecting the kitchen to the main tatami living area, a tall, imposing shadow fell across the room.
Sephiroth stepped quietly into the light, discarding the heavy, slate-gray wool throw he had been carrying. Stripped of his First Class pauldrons and crossed leather suspenders, he wore a simple, dark midnight-blue knit sweater that clung to his massive, broad-shouldered frame.
His knee-length silver hair was neatly parted, falling gracefully around his pale, refined face. His bright cyan eyes were softened completely, harboring a calm, profound gentleness as he looked over his family.
Woven around his left wrist, a glowing, delicate red cord flared with a rhythmic, pulsing light, matching the identical loop wrapped around Bianca's right arm. The Red Ribbon of Fate hummed softly, transmitting a steady baseline of deep, unspoken devotion between their minds.
"The tea is steeped, Bianca," Sephiroth said, his voice a low, resonant baritone that carried a soothing, effortless cadence. He crossed the room soundlessly. His massive 6'7" frame moved with a fluid, terrifying grace that had been softened entirely by years of quiet domesticity.
He reached down. His large hand came to rest lightly over Bianca’s waist, pulling her back against his chest. He rested his chin against the top of her dark hair, inhaling the familiar scent of wild herbs and sweet batter. "The snow is beginning to fall along the upper pass. Vincent has brought her down from the north ridge. From David and Sarah's."
Bianca leaned back into his solid body. Her eyes fluttered shut for a brief second as her corrupted magic settled under his grounding presence. "Is she nervous?"
"She is always nervous," Sephiroth murmured softly, as he glanced toward the entryway. "She still believes she is an intrusion."
The heavy outer sliding door creaked open, admitting a gust of freezing mountain air before it was firmly shut again.
Vincent Valentine stepped into the genkan, wearing his tattered crimson cloak over simple traveling clothes. His golden gauntlet caught the soft glow of the paper lanterns. He stepped aside immediately. His eyes fixed with a quiet, protective reverence on the woman stepping out of the shadows behind him.
Lucrecia Crescent stood frozen in the doorway. She wore a heavy, high-collared coat of dark plum. Her pale hands clutched a small, woven bamboo basket filled with dried mountain herbs. Her soft, dark hair was pinned neatly, though a few strands framed a face that carried the deep, etching lines of heavy regret and long isolation.
She looked around the warm, timber-framed cottage, at the flickering hearth, the scent of fresh baking, and the faces gathered there, and her breath hitched in her throat.
"Happy birthday, Lucrecia," Vincent said quietly from behind her.
Before Lucrecia could process the words, a flash of silver and pearlescent light moved across the tatami mats. Aurora was the first to reach her, stepping forward without a shred of hesitation.
"Nonna!" Aurora beamed. Her radiant warmth instantly melted the heavy, awkward tension in the air. She wrapped her arms around the older woman in a gentle, deliberate embrace, taking care not to crush her with her immense strength or the broad sweep of her wings. "We’ve been waiting for you all morning. Come in out of the cold."
Lucrecia’s hands trembled as she awkwardly returned the hug, her eyes glistening with sudden, unshed tears. "Aurora. . .sweet child. . ."
Lucien stepped up right beside his sister. Though he remained nonverbal, his actions spoke with absolute clarity. He reached out with a soft, deliberate movement, taking the heavy bamboo basket from Lucrecia's cold fingers to lighten her load.
He then looked directly into her eyes. He gave her a slow, respectful bow of his head.
"He says he made sure we got the sweet berries for your cake, Nonna," Aurora interpreted effortlessly, giving Lucien a swift, affectionate nudge with her shoulder.
Lucrecia let out a breath that was half-laugh, half-sob, reaching up with a trembling hand to brush a lock of Lucien's dark hair behind his ear. "Thank you, my boy. Thank you."
Bianca stepped forward then, untying her apron and setting it aside.
The former Saint of SOLDIER—the woman who had bled on Hojo's tables and torn reality apart to protect her children—looked at the fragile, redeemed scientist with nothing but unconditional devotion.
She walked directly up to Lucrecia, taking both of the older woman's cold, frail hands into her own talon-tipped fingers.
That word—Mama—struck Lucrecia like a physical touch, washing away decades of clinical horror, guilt, and crystalline imprisonment. She looked into Bianca's indigo eyes, seeing no resentment for the S-cells, no blame for the tragedy of Project S, only the fierce, unyielding love of a daughter who had claimed her as family.
"Bianca," Lucrecia whispered. Her voice cracked as she squeezed Bianca's hands tightly. "I-I don't deserve this warmth. I don't know how to-to be what you all need me to be."
"You don't have to be anything," Bianca replied softly, smiling as she pulled Lucrecia toward the warm center of the room. "You just have to sit by the fire, eat cake, and let us take care of you."
Sephiroth approached slowly. His long silver hair swayed with his silent steps. He stopped a foot away from his biological mother. For years, the name Lucrecia had been a phantom: a weaponized memory used by Jenova to break his mind in the dark depths of Robio and a woman that his biological father, Hojo, had tried to erase. But looking at her now—fragile, human, and weeping softly in his home—the phantom vanished entirely.
Sephiroth bowed his head slightly. His towering frame bent downward as he reached out and gently placed his large, warm hand over Lucrecia’s shoulder.
"Happy birthday, Mother," Sephiroth said softly. The title was simple, devoid of corporate titles or experimental designations. It was the word of a son who had chosen humanity over prophecy. "We are glad you are here."
Lucrecia looked up into those glowing cyan eyes, finding no coldness, no madness, only the steady, unshakeable warmth of a man who had conquered his darkness to protect those he loved.
Tears finally spilled over her cheeks, but for the first time in a lifetime, they were not born of grief.
Vincent moved silently to the corner of the hearth. A subtle, rare smile touched his lips as he watched the scene unfold. He caught Sephiroth's eye and offered a single, respectful nod: a silent pact between two guardians who had brought the woman they cared for out of the dark.
They gathered around the low, polished wooden table near the irori hearth. Lucien carefully placed small paper stars he had folded earlier beside Lucrecia’s teacup, while Aurora poured the steaming chamomile tea. Sephiroth sat beside Bianca. His arm wrapped securely around her waist. He watched Aurora chatter merrily with her grandmother, as Lucien made sure she was comfortable.
As Bianca sliced into the three-layered cake, setting a piece heavy with sweet riverbank berries in front of Lucrecia, the heavy Wutai wind howled outside the thick timber walls.
But inside the Rinnos cottage, surrounded by the family they had bled to forge, the hearth burned bright and unbroken.
Would you like to be on the FWC tag list or taken off? Please either send me an ask or DM me.
She deserves to feel happy and safe and loved and be surrounded with family who care about her and who will help her to heal. She deserves nothing but the best in life.
Thank you for making this, and happy birthday to the best girl.
As always, Shadow, your words truly mean the world to me, and I'm so incredibly happy that this chapter resonated with you. I really wanted to give Lucrecia the peaceful, loving healing process she has long deserved after everything she went through.
Thank you so much for reading, celebrating her birthday with me and the fandom, and sharing such a sweet comment. I can see Bianca and her having tea, her loving her grandchildren, and finally holding the son as she should have always been able to. Honestly, this may be one of my favorite themes to write. Lucrecia with her family. They all deserve happiness.
I’d definitely say you succeeded with flying colors. Fantastic work, and thanks again for making this.
I’m always glad to read/create works where she’s able to live the happy life she deserves. And leaving a compliment on things like this is the least I can do.
In my heart, she gets to spend her birthday with her husband (Vincent) and children (Sephiroth and two others who are born after she leaves the crystal), playing at the beach or in the garden, eating her favorite foods, and watching the stars come out before. And of course, being able to hold her son is a given. After everything she’s been through, she deserves so much love. And even though she hasn’t gotten much of it in canon, I’m glad that people like us can step up to give her the love she deserves.
I just looked up the bleeding heart doves and oh. My Gods.
Look at them!!!
They’re so cute and I absolutely get why you associate them with her.
Also hares bc moon symbolism.
Some of the animals I associate with her are foxes (clever, adorable, mischievous, impressive screaming, mystical persuasion and immortality), wolves (moon symbolism, loyalty, love for family) and maybe cats (partly because of Sephiroth, but also because she just has that vibe sometimes). And maybe rats (for some of the fox reasons but also the whole “lab rat” deal. And because of Freya from FF9). There are probably others, but I can’t remember them all rn.
Good news, he was not next! In fact, she accepted him as her mate, he learned the crane mating dance and now every year, he artificially inseminates her with crane semen to expand the very endangered crane population. True story.
Sorry, he WHAT? Imagine being this man's boss and having to sit him down like. Listen. Brian. We need you to fuck the bird. You have to act like you're excited about it.
(WalWaPo makes you jump through like three separate hoops before you can read the article, so I will share some of the highlights:
Walnut was born in a species-recovery breeding program in the 1980′s. The program had crane chicks hand-raised by human volunteers, and at that time they did not fully understand the measures necessary make sure that the chicks do not imprint on humans and retain their identity as cranes.
As a result, her keepers believe, Walnut does not recognize other cranes as members of her own species.
It has not been proven that Walnut killed her previous suitors; however, there is a persistent rumor in the white-naped-crane-conservation community that she did.
Because this species is highly endangered, and the gene pool of the captive population is small, it’s pretty important for the survival of her species that Walnut A) mate, and B) not kill a bunch of other cranes.
The actual name of the keeper is Chris Crowe.
They both arrived at the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute in 2004.
Walnut immediately began paying special attention to Chris--and ignoring the eligible male crane in a nearby enclosure.
Walnut initiated their courtship, performing the opening moves of a mating dance.
Chris realized that if he reciprocated the mating dance, it might be possible to artificially inseminate Walnut with her participation and consent. (The process normally involves restraining the bird.)
It worked!
Chris and Walnut have had five children, who were raised by other crane couples at the facility--sometimes the biological dad and his mate--both because it’s unclear whether Walnut would accept the chicks as her own, and because Chris is not equipped to be a Crane Dad.
However, the Institute provides her with artificial eggs to sit on, and Chris takes his turn looking after them. (This would not work with real eggs because he can’t sit on them properly, but Walnut seems to feel that he is on the job if he just stands over them.)
Chris accepts that he is pretty much married to this bird. White-naped cranes live to be about 60, and they mate for life, so he knows he can’t retire while Walnut is alive. (At the time of the article, Walnut was 36, and Chris 42.)
she has not been PROVEN to have killed her exes, but there is a PERSISTENT RUMOR (really officers she's simply DEVASTATED, she sobs, wearing a new feather boa unfortunately resembling her most recent deceased husband)
His name is Chris CROWE. (Mrs. Walnut Crane-Crowe?)
the mental images of a whole human man learning and performing the crane mating dance, and "sitting" on artificial eggs so she thinks he's performing his duties as a husband and father (and apparently OBJECTS if he does not?)
"chris, buddy, you gotta marry the possibly-murderous crane lady for the GOOD OF THE SPECIES." (alternately: "chris, my man! good news! we found you a very interested lady! She's 36, she's very spirited and independent, she holds a very important and rare status in her society! ...Is there a downside? WELL...")
chris sits any potential human partners down, like "my love, you must understand before we wed,,, i am already... Attached" (camera drifts wistfully to the above photo) "Lady Walnut and I have an,, Understanding... the relationship is open, but very committed"
Not only is he 'married' to walnut, this has apparently happened SEVERAL times, so he has MULTIPLE crane wives, none of which know about any of his other crane wives. This man is, for some unknown reason, irresistible to cranes
the “this content has been removed for violating Tumblr’s Community Guidelines” notice really adds a lot of flavor to this post and somehow makes it MORE obscene than whatever that actually was
I regret being the bearer of bad news, but I thought it should be shared that Walnut passed away in January of this year (2024). There's a lot of mixed info about the lifespan of cranes (due to people misunderstanding what a median is...) but the average for most species I know of is 20-30 years (in the wild if nothing eats them/they don't die young), and 30-45 in captivity, with the oldest known white-naped crane having loved to be 46. Given that she was 42, this old gal did good, and I'm certain she will be missed by folks here.
