Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon salt. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 cup barbecue sauce.
Instructions: Set your grill on medium heat. Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs to make them more tender. Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl to make a dry rub. Cover both sides of the ribs with a lot of the dry rub. Turn the ribs over every 30 minutes while they're cooking on the grill for two hours. For a tasty glaze, baste the ribs with barbecue sauce for the last 30 minutes. Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then cut them into pieces. Put extra barbecue sauce on the side and serve.
