OH MY GOD I love your blog so much!!! I'd actually never sat down and watched Star Wars until last month when me and my bestie started them in order and I just fell so hard for the prequels and the beautiful space children in them, like I literally went from not giving a shit to being obsessed with it so your blog is totally fueling that fandom fire and I appreciate it so much (also I hope u don't mind I used one of the c99 screencaps as my mobile image, I love it!!!)
duuuude i never saw star wars either until december when i marathoned like 2 weeks before tfa came out bc i was like “well this movie seems like a big deal and i don’t want to be behind the pop culture times” hahaha (actually i HAD seen the originals a couple years ago but i literally HATED them and subsequently spent the next few years telling everyone i knew that star wars was Overrated and had Disappointed me) so yeah when i finally saw the prequels i was like !!!!!!! this is my SHIT also that’s the argument i use whenever someone talks shit about the prequels i’m like “seeing the originals for the first time made me hate star wars, seeing the prequels for the first time turned me into a superfan” (ofc NOW i like the originals but tbh only bc having the context of the prequels made them so much better imo)
