Happy Lifting Anniversary! Got my Dexa today and honestly was bummed at first. I did amazing the first 6 months of training and then my meds went out of whack and I gained a ton of fat and not muscle. I was 5.5 lbs down in fat at the 6 month mark but gained it almost all back. My GOAL was to put on 4 lbs which was knocked out of the park in the first half, I need to remind myself I surpassed my goal! I DID put on 1.8 lbs of muscle though in the past 6 months, and my Bone Mineral Content went up (yay). Now I have to work on my damn body fat and the spare tire RP has delivered with my plan that just had way too much food. Next goal is to drop some body fat percentage and keep muscle mass.
