Taco Tuesday with cauliflower tortillas. Want the recipe, it's simple. Rice 3/4 a head of cauliflower Add 2-3 eggs. Salt and pepper. It's needs to be a little runny but not straight liquid. Oven at 375 Place parchment paper down on pan Make mixture into tortilla shapes on paper. I found that they work better when like corn tortillas size. When they come out of the oven brown them in a pan just to finish them off. Adds more flavor. I can't even begin to express how amazing it feels to not be as unhealthy and out of shape I was. I did it! 3 regular pushups. Now you see if you've been following along with my posts just last week I was excited to make it to 15 girl pushups. Upon talking to my husband the other night about pull ups he said if you can't do pushups you probably can't do pull ups. Time to prove myself. So I got out of bed and down on the floor...1.....2...3....wahoo I did it. I do try and fail however sometimes I don't try again.
