Adam demos here a simple supine hip mobility routine that can be done anywhere and very effective.⠀ ⠀ Demo by: @runmental⠀ ⠀ Morning routine for joint health--move them everyday, through their full range.⠀ ⠀ Hip flexion, external rotation, and internal rotation.⠀ Make point to watch as I change the angles and movement of the hip with the different reps trying to hit different aspects of the joint and surrounding muscles.⠀ ⠀ What's the prescription? 5-10x each side depending on the time you have.
