I had a very satisfying run today and a VERY satisfying protein smoothie afterwards. AND I nailed down 2 out of the 3 recommendation letters I need to apply to grad school 🎉💁

Starting weight 205.6 back in September 2016, currently at 186.3 May 13, I've kept what I lost mostly off, but sorta been in the same spot since Christmas, so I am back and ready to Lose more.

This week is week 1 of 2018’s weightloss and healthy living.
2018 is about being happy and working my socks off!

April 24, 2017 Breakfast: piece of homemade banana bread, siggi's coconut yogurt Lunch: organic maple pecan cereal with 1% milk Snack: apple, kashi sea salt chocolate almond bar Dinner: 1/2 chicken cheese quesadilla, sweet potato casserole, spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette Snack: chocolate milk Exercise: elliptical interval 30 minutes 2.57 miles, treadmill 18:45 minutes 1 mile 45: triceps extensions, lateral raises, wide rows, shoulder presses, lying tricep extensions, lying chest presses, tricep dips
Color Run 5k from yesterday! So much fun. I definitely would do this again! (Even if I walked almost all of it)
