Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips - Easy & Delicious
These Low Fat Cheesy Kale Chips are a tasty and healthy snack that will satisfy your cravings without making you feel bad. Kale gives them a lot of health benefits, and nutritional yeast gives them a cheesy taste. They are a great alternative to regular chips.
Ingredients: 1 large bunch kale, washed and dried. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Salt, to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 300F 150C. Take the stems off of the kale leaves and tear them into small pieces. Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to a small bowl and mix them all together. The kale leaves should be coated all over with the mixture after massaging it into them. Place the kale leaves in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. The kale should be crispy but not burned after 10 to 15 minutes in the oven. Let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Have fun!
