Easy Beef Breakfast Hot Pockets Recipe
These homemade hot pockets are tasty and easy to take with you for school lunches or when you're on the go. That you can fill them with your favorite things, and they'll be a hit with kids and adults alike!
Ingredients: 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/4 cup marinara sauce. 1 egg, beaten for egg wash. Optional: additional fillings such as cooked sausage, diced vegetables, or diced ham.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into rectangles. On half of each rectangle, layer the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and a dollop of marinara sauce. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges firmly to seal, creating a pocket. Brush each pocket with the beaten egg wash. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Allow the hot pockets to cool slightly before serving. Optional: Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Homemade hot pockets! Tweaked a pizza dough recipe, made homemade meatballs and pizza sauce, and loaded up on mozzarella and a bit of cheddar. Turned out awesome! They are perfect for making ahead.
