Repost @vigorous.food - Taco Tortilla Bowls filled with shredded lettuce, pico de Gallo, “chorizo”, sliced olives, sautéed bell peppers, turmeric Adlai, vegan sour cream, and lots of cilantro. 🌮 • • • Ingredients 6 pieces tortilla wraps Oil 1 oven safe medium sized bowl 1 oven safe small sized bowl • • • Instructions 1. Heat oven to 350F. 2. Brush the medium-sized bowl with some oil. Place the tortilla wrap. Push down with the small bowl until the tortilla reaches the bases of the bowl and creates creases on the side and forms a bowl. 3. Place in the oven for 5 minutes until sides of the tortilla is slightly golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and slowly remove the tortilla from the bowl.
