I have been sick for A MONTH, with back-to-back illnesses, and it is taking FOREVER to recover because GUESS WHAT, I'M FUCKING IMMUNE SUPPRESSED, and now HR is threatening to fire me if I don't provide adequate documentation that "yes I really have been sick"

And then HR is like "but I can't put you on FMLA for ~normal illnesses~ it has to be because of immune suppression" and I'm like "THE IMMUNE SUPPRESSION IS WHY I KEEP GETTING SICK AND CAN'T GET BETTER AT A NORMAL RATE"

you started T during the winter, and it’s common to get a lot of colds during the winter.  There is some question whether or not testosterone decreases immune system, but if it does, it decreases it to the same level that cis-men have (which is to say, science believes a generally healthy cis man may have a slightly lower immune system than a generally healthy cis-woman, because of their testosterone based system; these studies are based generally on animal models, and this effect has not been and needs to be studied for effect in transgender populations)So, Yes, it’s possible that T is helping you to get more colds, but it’s also possible that you’re getting them because it’s cold/flu season.  Be sure to take steps to keep healthy either way. Mod mayhem
