I’ve been going to the gym on and off for about 2 years now without seeing too much progress. But the last couple of months I’ve made a real effort to stop being complacent and forced myself to grab those higher weights and push that little bit harder. For the first time in a long time I’m seeing results, although they are very small at least it’s something!
