Why are some people quiet? Here are some potent introvert facts that will help you understand the quiet personality of soft-spoken individua
"The more you try to change your personality, the more you lose touch with your genuine character, and the harder it will be to find your place in the universe."
Never allow anyone to talk down upon you or try to make you feel bad or less than for not being as loud or talkative. Additionally, don't try to change your personality to fit in with people who you may not even be comfortable around. Always consider yourself and your feelings first before considering what "they" think, especially if they're disrespectful.
Even though you're quiet, there is still a place for you in the world. More importantly, you still deserve to feel comfortable.
Zeno’s Paradox:
You’re shooting with a bow and arrow. You line up your target, you take the aim, you fire... But at any point during its flight, your arrow is occupying the whole of a tiny bit of space, and is, in that instant, motionless. Given that it’s flight is made up of these successions of motionless instances, presumably, the arrow is not moving at all.

Introvert Problem #1
Having to show up 20 minutes early for Body Pump because I absolutely have to be in the back row.
Because otherwise I'll be able to feel everyone's eyes on me, judging my form, laughing at how light my weights are...And any errors in coordination will cause me humiliation.
The reality: no one gives a fuck what I'm doing.
INTROVERT PROBLEM #2
The girls who are usually in the back row are secretly hating me and talking about me stealing their place. 😓
Introversion can be defined as a personality trait wherein people are inclined inwards naturally. They tend to focus more on their inner feelings and thoughts rather than outer stimulations. Introverts lose energy by indulging in external activities and gain energy from being alone.

Personal Post
So I've started a week of classes that last three hours a day because I didn't pass a test I need to graduate. For most people, three hours isn't a long time. But I am an introvert who has been taking classes online (not in a school building) since about three years ago now. Today was my first day and it went great! The teacher was nice and it made every participate in class, even me. He had a cool banter going with the other teacher and seems like a good guy. Then, after I got home and ate lunch, it hit me. I was EXHAUSTED. I knew it would happen, because I know myself pretty well at this point. I usually babysit my little brother, since it is the summer time and he's not in school, but he went to my grandmas. I went to bed at noon and fell asleep until FIVE. That's one of the struggles of being an introvert. Doing social can take SO MUCH out of you if you aren't used to it (sometimes even when you are). So my mom comes home and says my brother can come back home after I'm home from my classes. I tell her that I really need to sleep after them and she goes "You don't need to sleep just because you left for three damn hours." YES, I do. No one here understands that. When you aren't used to this type of activity, plus having an introverted personality, you're going to be exhausted. I guess basically what I'm trying to tell you is that it's completely normal to feel this tired, even after a short amount of time. Also I just needed to rant, so it helped me and you guys.
