I want to change myself

After I gave birth to 3 children, I have been preoccupied and not caring my health. I lost my muscle, got weaken and feeling tired more often. I want to change that. I want to be healthy and strong.

I have created my resume and started working on my professional skills.

I have cleared all the subjects in my first semester of my masters but still got a very low grade. Need to improve my cgpa(6.12) which was hardly a passing grade.

I have cut my hair very short. Transformed from very long hair to very short.  

Made small changes in diet: 

1. Taking lemon water with honey early in the morning.

2. One bowl of soup and a fruit at night.

Ideally how it would be at all times if I lived on my own, or at least with someone with the same goals/mindset. Unfortunately, that’s not the case and someone’s bound to not get the message and start adding all kinds of crap and disorganize it.
