Not a huge fan of how I started out but it could be worse. I could have gained. So I'm at least heading in the right direction. I've noticed some of my downfalls. I have a super sweet tooth so finding keto friendly desserts to have occasionally will likely help me stay on track. I struggle when my husband goes off track for some reason I always want to go off track then. Date nights are really difficult if we go to restaurants that we used to go to in the past, because I'm tempted to order bad foods I used to love. And last but not least I kept a close eye on my water intake and exercise and realized just how little water I'm taking in and how little exercise I'm doing.
