I had my second stage autism assessment not long ago, it was a bit odd, I had to make patterns with some shaped blocks, describe what was happening in a picture book, describe a separate picture they showed me, make up a story using some objects from a bag that had loads of stuff in it like toy cars, paper clips and pingpong balls and answer a few questions. I don't know how similar yours will be but I hope this helps.
