okay so now that the new superman movie just came out i have 1. been reminded that hope is real and 2. reminded that Jimmy Olsen exists

So fun fact jimmy Olsen in the older comics used to be superman’s sidekick in the same way dick was batman’s and they were friends it was great what was also great was that they had a secret base together that even batman didn’t know about they even faked their deaths together AND!!! Jimmy was flamebird for a bit as in nightwing and flamebird AND!!! even more importantly Jimmy was Dick’s first redhead
